The hotel was much smaller than portrayed in the images, and we had a view of bins. Our room's air conditioning was broken, forcing us to get ready without it in 26-degree weather. Despite some setbacks, the staff were excellent and very helpful, even after a rocky start with changing my stay dates due to personal reasons.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were lovely and comfortable, really clean, and the food was good. The hotel rooms were spotless, extremely spacious with two double beds, and plenty of crisp white towels. It was a quiet room with modern appliances, a very clean bathroom, and the free mini bar was a plus.

The service at the hotel was fantastic! The staff were very helpful, especially the chap on night duty who had to run from the bar to the rooms with food and back again. They were also very welcoming, except for the need for some customer care training.
